Welcome to my Strategy Blog. This part of my website is devoted to emerging thoughts and issues in the world of strategy and business management. My current interest is understanding how global forces will change the way that we conceive and implement business strategy.
Arguably, the business world is at a once in a 100 year tipping point as new global influences reshape our businesses. The problem is that we cannot be sure of which form the global business environment will eventually take. In this Strategy Blog I will explore and debate the “shaping forces” together with the challenges and opportunities that are ahead of us.
I provide a wide range of advisory and development services to organisations and I am also a Senior Visiting Fellow at Cass Business School, City University, London where I earned my PhD.
